  • Tariffs below are internet rates available using our online booking service.
  • We are a small business, we value personal service, we welcome your enquiry via phone or email and the opportunity to offer you comparitive rates.
  • Please consider the time when making your call as we are home based.
  • 'Special Offers' are only available via direct contact either phone or email.
  • No other discounts apply with 'Special Offers'.

    For Your Interest: Included in the tariffs below is a complimentary bottle of wine, cheese plate and a generous breakfast hamper on arrival.
  • The cottage has two queen size beds and sleeps a maximum of 4 Adults.
  • Petit Amour Cottage is designed for couples, sorry we do not cater for children.
  • Please advise given names of all members of your party when making your reservation.
  • Check in between 3.00- 5.00pm
  • Arrangements may be made for later times prior to arrival.
  • Please advise estimated check in time when making your enquiry.
  • Please contact us on our mobile should your arrival time change by 15minutes or more.
  • Check out is strictly by 11.00am day of departure, unless prior agreements have been made.

To allow for maximum privacy the cottage is not serviced during your stay, please enquire should you require this option.

Petit Amour Cottage is fully self contained, it is perfect for mid-week getaways, and week-ends away, an ideal place to stay on the Mornington Peninsula.

Accommodation pricing

  • Tariffs below are per couple with use of one bedroom
  • The cottage sleeps a Maximum of 4 adults i.e two couples
  • Two night minimum policy applies.

  • Week End 2 Nights Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun $460.00
  • Week End 3 Nights Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon $640.00
  • Extra Bedroom- Sleep one person $50.00 per night, sleep two persons $75.00 per night. extra.
  • Maximum 3 Nights Charged for the use of two bedrooms.
  • Discounts apply for stays of 3 nights or more
  • Saturday night not available as single night booking.

    • Mid Week 3 Nights from $600.00
    • Extra Bedroom sleep one person $50.00 per night, sleep two persons $75.00 per night extra.

Weekly Rate – 7 nights

  • Stay 7 nights from $1260.00 (use of one bedroom x 2 adults)
  • Whole house from $1330.00 (use of two bedrooms Maximum 4 adults)

Minimum Night Policy

  • Minimum 2 night with standard bookings.
  • Saturday not available as a single night
  • Minimum 3 night Long Week Ends
  • Minimum 4 night Easter Week End.
  • Minimum 4 night Melbourne Cup Week End
  • Minimum 7 nightChristmas/New Year
  • Minimum 3 night January peak period. 
  • Should odd nights be available during these times please email us and enquire regarding the dates you require.
  • Petit Amour is a non-smoking cottage.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Petit Amour is designed for couples, children are not catered for, we are happy to refer to properties catering for children.
    Tariffs quoted are per couple - A couple is deemed as two (2) guests using one (1)  bedroom.
  • Management reserves the right to charge an additional fee of $100.00 per night for use of the 2nd bedroom during the stay without prior arrangements.
